"To children to pant". A situation around emissions from chemical plant in Armyansk - RIA Novosti, 9/5/2018

Inhabitants of Armyansk are concerned about a situation around evaporations of acid from the Crimean Titanium plant. Emission of pollutant has happened on the night of August 24. Evaporations of contents of a kislotonakopitel in the territory of chemical plant became his reason. Work of the enterprise is stopped for two weeks — such decision was made at a meeting with participation of the head of the region Sergey Aksenov and plant's management. According to the head of the Crimea, nothing threatens health of locals and there are no bases for introduction of the emergency mode. Aksenov has also added that all children from Armyansk "in the precautionary purposes" will be taken out to sanatoria at the expense of the state, and locals will be provided with free gauze bandages. On the fourth of September in Armyansk excess of threshold limit value of sulphurous anhydride in air has been recorded. The management of SK across the Crimea has brought criminal case about violation of the rules of treatment of ecologically dangerous substances.
