The resident of Sweden has received seven years of prison for mailing of letters with threats - RIA Novosti, 11/9/2018

STOCKHOLM, 9 Nov – RIA Novosti, Lyudmila Bozhko. The resident of the Western Sweden arrested in May of this year on suspicions of written threats to 21 members of the government of Sweden and other famous people in the country is sentenced to seven years of imprisonment, it is said in the statement for the press of court of Stockholm. "The man is sentenced to seven years of imprisonment for attempted murder, for threats of violence in two tens cases and various crimes connected with drugs" — it is specified in the message. As the prosecutor's office has reported earlier, the man was detained on suspicions of threats not only of Sweden. He was also suspected of attempt of murder in Great Britain when four persons of one of the companies have received the letter bomb from the convict there. The Swedish messages of the man contained not only verbal threats, but also powder which after the analysis was not dangerous. In total letters in Sweden have received from the 43-year-old convict 26 people. He sent the letters from August to September, 2017. The police has arrested him in May of this year at the Stockholm airport Arlanda when that has arrived from Thailand.
