MOSCOW, 27 Aug — RIA Novosti. Tverskoy Court of Moscow has imposed sentence in the form of 30 days of arrest to Alexei Navalny on the case of repeated violation of an order of the organization of a public action, the press secretary of court Anastasia Dzyurko has reported to RIA Novosti. "By a court decision sentence in the form of 30 days of arrest is imposed to Navalny" — she has told. Navalny has been detained last Saturday. Article about repeated violation of an established order of the organization of a public action (part 8 of article 20.2 Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences) for an uncoordinated action is incriminated on January 28 to him. Earlier Tverskoy Court of the capital has refused to consider case and has returned him back to police for elimination of the allowed violations. The maximum sanction under this article assumes up to 30 days of administrative detention.
