PYONGYANG, 8 Sep — RIA Novosti. The speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko has reported that in economic cooperation with North Korea Russia will look for spheres which aren't limited to sanctions of the UN. "We openly said to our North Korean partners that we can't violate sanctions, we can't break a sanctions regime in those spheres where sanctions are inflicted by sanctions UN committee. Those sanctions which are imposed unilaterally as it was made by a number of the western countries, they, of course, are illegitimate, they out of the legal framework, but nevertheless they are, and many companies, many countries if not the majority, of course, are afraid to break them. We will look for those directions, those spheres which aren't forbidden to cooperation by imposing of sanctions" — I have told journalists on Saturday of Matviyenko.
