MOSCOW, 7 Nov — RIA Novosti. Separate terrorist groups seek for association in the closed communities for the purpose of coming to power, the director of FSB of Russia Alexander Bortnikov at opening of a meeting of heads of intelligence agencies, security service and law enforcement agencies has said. "Intelligence agencies and law enforcement agencies should pay special attention to a tendency of association of separate extremist groups in the closed communities which act on the secret basis and seek for establishment of contacts with a terrorist underground as inside, and within intercountry "cooperation" — he has told. "A strategic objective of similar of structure is overthrow of the operating political regimes and coming to power, tactical tasks become commission of terrorist attacks concerning representatives of the public and law enforcement agencies" — Bortnikov has added. According to him, young people where they are subjected to massive brain washing are involved in the specified structures, train in methods of terror with use of weapon and improvised explosive devices.
